Where do I find my Meet & Greet photo?
For most meet & greets, we now take your photo on your personal device so you can access it immediately. If your photo was taken by a photographer or if you didn't supply a device for your photo, we email a link to download your photo a few days after the show. If you did not receive the email and have checked your junk mail folder, you can reach out to us here.

How do I get my Tartan Army pre-sale code?
Pre-sale codes are available to Tartan Army members on the Tickets page a few hours before the pre-sale opens. You will NOT receive a pre-sale code via email.
When available, details on any fan club events or meet & greet opportunities will be sent out by email and posted in the Tartan Army. If you are interested in meet & greets, we suggest signing up for the Tartan Army for free to be notified of future opportunities. Please note that ALL fan club events and meet & greet opportunities are administered through www.johnnyreid.com. Never share personal information or payment details with any other sites or social media accounts claiming to offer Meet & Greet opportunities with Johnny Reid.
